How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person and depends on the depth of the issue and end goal.
Hypnotherapy is a lot faster process than a standard, talking therapy. However it is still hard work, the change has to come from within yourself and that takes great courage to look at. It is not a 'magic pill' so to speak!
What speeds up the process however is being really open, honest and ready to do the work.

Does remote hypnosis work?

Yes, it is just as effective as in person sessions, although it may seem a bit strange to begin with!

What does hypnosis feel like?

The trance state is nothing to be scared of and can even be enjoyable! If you have ever done any yoga or meditation you will have already experienced something similar - simply a deeper level of relaxation.

Will I be out of control?

No, you are fully in control throughout the session and even when in trance state you can open your eyes at any point, if you wish (you can even choose to do the whole session with your eyes open - but most people prefer to close them!).
You will remember everything afterwards.
You can also choose to not verbalise everything to me as the therapist, if it is too difficult. It will still work. The more communicative you are though, the easier it is to work together.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

Everyone has the ability to go into the hypnotic state and if you are ready and willing to start the work then you will be able to.
Hypnotherapy is a personal journey and is accessible to everyone. Some people do find it more easy than others to start with and the experience will vary from person to person and even from one session to the next. The mind is our most powerful tool, hypnosis in a way is learning to focus that energy and use it to create positive change within yourself.
If you have any worries regarding this aspect, please do no hesitate to get in touch to discuss this further.
